The Nakai family is behind 'The Everyday Ride.' This multi-generation farming family is located in Wazuka, a village deep in the mountains outside of Kyoto. Arriving at this village means traversing narrow and winding mountain roads, many of which remain unpaved. The Nakai family is friendly and approachable, and their history in Wazuka spans many generations. One of our favorite things to do in Wazuka is wake up very early and ride through some mountain-side tea fields, catching a mystical sunrise along the way.
